Le Glaz Cottage
Tucked into the very centre of Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, Le Glaz Cottage is an intimate, welcoming retreat made for a couple or a small family. Everything is within walking distance: the bakery, the village square and the supermarket are all less than 150 metres away. Its name comes from "glaz", the Breton colour between blue and green that echoes the sea just nearby. A simple, soft house where you can set down your bags and make the most of the Emerald Coast.

The ground floor
The small staircase opens onto a cosy 21 m² living space with sand-coloured walls, Rose Bréhat, or historic stone walls, presided over by the wood-burning stove. Its white tiling (pending the natural stone flooring to come) adds to the warm brightness of this serene setting. Le Glaz Cottage is the haven where you’ll love to gather, and dine too with the mini-kitchen tucked by the window. Here, the Glaz-green sofa, the designer armchair and other touches, the small table and its chairs promise convivial moments around conversations, books or games provided for you.
The bedroom under the eaves
Upstairs, under the eaves, bathed in light from the large front window (with its curtain), another room with a generous 160 cm-wide bed at the centre of understated, refined décor will be your cosy nest. The adjoining shower room with washbasin and WC, the designer touches and the small hidden storage space will meet all your needs between rest and indulgence. And to stay connected, the WiFi (currently being installed) delivers ultra-high-speed fibre broadband. Happiness ahead.

Saint-Briac-sur-Mer
Saint-Briac-sur-Mer is one of the most privileged spots on the Emerald Coast. Wander the customs officers’ path (GR34), enjoy the public beaches as well as more secret coves, and tee off at the famous Dinard Golf Club.
It is also a discreet village where a few well-known figures keep a hideaway — without ever disturbing its peace.
